I feel Oslo Kru take advantage of people and holds people back in their career in this industry in order to keep using unknowing new Oslo Kru members. The contracts for sceneteknisks is needed in our industyand many companies take advantage playing games with employees. It's not fair and we should be entitled to contracts.
