Flyplassen i Longyearbyen regnes i denne sammenheng også som «bebodd område». Ren transport mellom disse stedene vil og omfattes av definisjonen/unntaket. Please add also Longyearbyen Camping som «bebodd område» specially when it is open. It is the direct neighbour of the airport, from the tower there is a good visibilty on the campsite area, and most people uses the same road. Since 2021 there is a fence around the campsite area. Most of the campers will not bring a weapon, and if they would, it would be life dangerous if they are half loaded. Like on other campsites, children are playing and accidents can happen. The chance and risk of an accident with a weapon is larger then a unseen polar bear passing the fence.
