I am a human rights advocate that lives and works in Norway, and a curfew would go against the huma right and freedom of movement. You have no basis to introduce it, it would be completely illegal, unlawful and unjustified. You can expect many lawyers pettitioning Supreme Court in Norway against the state if you decide to go on with it, as has already happend in several countries in Europe. As a resident and EU citizen, I am completely against it and I will not sit and watch as my rights and freedoms are violated. You are here in service of the people, not against them.
