General Consulate of the Russian Federation in Barentsburg (Spitsbergen) does not have any objections or comments to the content of the draft of the regulation on shooting ban on Spitsbergen archipelago. Nonetheless, we would like to see in the list of the interested organizations two Russian scientific institutes that work on permanent basis in Barentsburg - Arctic and Antarctic Research Institute and Kola science centre of the Russian Academy of sciences.
